Return Eligibility
You may return most items purchased on Wekends.com within 15 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is in its original, unused condition β unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags and labels still attached
- The item shows no signs of damage caused by the customer
- The return request is submitted within 15 days of receiving the order
Items That Cannot Be Returned

Non-Returnable ItemsThe following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items with missing or tampered tags or packaging
- Perishable goods (food, certain health products)
- Personal hygiene products once opened
- Items purchased during a final sale or clearance event
- Custom or personalised orders made to your specifications
How to Start a Return

Contact UsEmail support@wekends.com with your order number and reason for return. Please include photos if the item is defective.

Get ApprovalOur team will review your request within 1β2 business days and send you a return authorisation.

Pack & ShipPack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided in the authorisation email.

Receive RefundOnce we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5β7 business days to your original payment method.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free collection and send you a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
