2. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable
• Prices are subject to change without notice — the price at the time of your order is guaranteed
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud
• You will receive an email confirmation when your order is accepted

3. Payment

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — Pay in cash when your order arrives
• Credit / Debit Card — Processed securely via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard)
• All card payments are encrypted and processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant provider
• We do not store your card details at any point

4. Delivery

• We deliver across all UAE emirates
• Standard delivery: 2–5 business days
• Free delivery on orders over AED 200
• Delivery fee: AED 15 on orders below AED 200
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods
• A signature may be required upon delivery

5. Returns & Refunds

6. Product Information

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. Product specifications are subject to change by manufacturers without notice.

7. User Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• One account per person — multiple accounts may be merged or terminated

Wekends.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
